Unlicensed driver fined after crash at Tongala

Kyabram Police Sergeant Adrian Staudt said a man driving a white ute west on Everard Rd “failed to give way” to the white ute the injured man was driving east on Curr Rd.

The injured man was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Sgt Staudt said the driver of the ute on Everard Rd was fined for failing to give way and for driving unlicensed.

He said both cars had moderate damage and were towed from the scene.

There is no ongoing investigation.
