Once complete, the centre will provide students the opportunity to access state-of-the-art learning spaces replete with industry-standard equipment.
Principal Keith Willett said the community should be excited about the skills development opportunities the Trade Centre will create for students.
“We are proud of the fact our school now has the capacity to cater to all types of learners, supporting both academic and vocational pathways,” Mr Willett said.
Mr Willett added that the project represents a significant investment in the future of the school.
“Whether students wish to pursue higher education or a career in a skilled trade, they can achieve it at Cobram AGS,” he said.
