The Foundry Arts Space is preparing to launch its newest exhibition, ‘Addictogenic Landscapes’, by local artist Kristen Dyer.

Through the exhibition, Dyer explores the intricate and often unseen relationship between environments, trauma and addiction.

The series explores the spaces that shape and are shaped by the experiences of those who inhabit them, in turn revealing the complex geographies where addiction and landscape intersect.

Ms Dyer said her art depicted the strength of those living in tough environments.

“By capturing the raw and sometimes unsettling realities of these landscapes, I aim to convey a deeper understanding of the socio-spatial dynamics at play and the resilience of those navigating these challenging terrains,” she said.

The exhibition features 30 unique artworks for art lovers to enjoy.
