The Comfort Inn Coach and Bushmans has been distinguished alongside other top performers in the Choice Hotels Asia-Pac 2024 Gold Awards.
Selected among just 20 other hotels across Australia and New Zealand, it’s safe to say Coach and Bushmans’ directors Jayesh Gadher and Avruti Joshi are pleased with the acclaim.
"Winning a Gold Award is very important for us,“ Mr Gadher said.
“It’s the result of our hard work in providing a great service for guests.”
“We are really proud of all of our team,” Ms Joshi said.
Choice Hotels encompasses five brands and 300 hotels across the Asia-Pacific region.
Brands include Ascend Collection, Clarion, Quality, Econo Lodge and Comfort.
Choice Hotels Asia-Pac CEO Trent Fraser said the Gold Awards aim to recognise “the hotels that are leading the sector when it comes to customer service, sustainability and embodying the Choice brand values.”
“Comfort Inn Coach and Bushmans’ achievements over the past year have been exceptional, and we’re delighted to present this award as testament to the dedication of the entire hotel team in creating memorable experiences for guests each and every day,” Mr Fraser said.
Bhushan Joshi, Avruti Joshi, Laxmi Gadher, Aaron Chung, Chrissy Lamb, Tracy Byrne and Amy Hughes have all put in their fair share to achieve a Gold Award for Seymour's Comfort Inn Coach and Bushmans.

Since moving to Seymour in 2019, Ms Joshi said she and her husband Bhushan set out to do all that they can “to support the local community.”
Where possible, they hire staff and source products and services locally.
In response, Ms Joshi has been overwhelmed by the support Comfort Inn Coach and Bushmans has received in return.
Initially hailing from metro suburb Deer Park, Ms Joshi said her family has grown to “love the rural area.”
“Seymour is our heart now, we don’t want to move from Seymour,” she said.
To be listed among just 20 other hotels within the entire Asia-Pacific region works to put Seymour on the map for potential guests.
Already, Comfort Inn Coach and Bushmans has been host to guests from across the continent, as well as internationally.
From these guests, Coach and Bushmans has received a satisfaction rating of 9.5 out of 10.
Ms Joshi’s dedication to upholding high standards for guests, however, is far from over since being awarded this title.

Each year, Coach and Bushmans have a budget of $30,000 to $50,000 which is to go towards renovations.
Last year, they installed a 49kw solar energy system, which reflects Choice Hotel’s sustainability efforts.
This year, they aim to update the rooms, maintaining the authentic rural vibe that the hotel has embraced since its original founding in 1984, while implementing a fresh, modern look.
“The hotel features modern amenities with a regional touch, reflecting the beautiful bushland setting that we are in,” Ms Joshi said.
“This is something that is special to our property that our guests appreciate.”
Across regional Victoria, four other hotels were honoured with a Gold Award, including Quality Hotels Wangaratta Gateway, Quality Hotels Lakeside Bendigo, Econo Lodge Border Gateway Wodonga, and Comfort Inn May Park Horsham.
