U12 Blue took on Wangaratta Magpies U12 White at South Wangaratta Recreation Reserve on Friday afternoon, and were sent into bat after losing the toss.
Tom Lambert retired not out with 17 as top scorer, while Archie Hazell-Johansen (15) and Toby Smith (14) also batted well to help the Bushrangers post a score of 6-90 from the 20 overs.
Edward Clancy got things off to a good start with the ball, removing the Magpies opener for a duck to finish with figures of 1-3, while Dustin Nolan claimed figures of 2-12 as the only multiple wicket taker, as the Bushies kept the Magpies to just 5-68.

U12 Red vs U12 Green
U12 Red faced off against U12 Green in an all-Benalla clash at Arundel St Oval on Friday afternoon.
Red was first to bat after Green won the toss and elected to bowl, with Archer Pickering smacking 21 not out at the top of the order in a solid display of hitting.
Oliver Ross (13 not out) and Louis Horne (12) joined him in double figures as Red posted an imposing 4-109.
Izayah Williams bowled well for Green, taking 2-8, while Maxwell Hadj (1-11) and Lincoln Richardson (1-23) also took wickets.
In the chase, Green co-captains Bentley Parker and Samuel Mount made 13 and 10 respectively to push their side towards victory; however, Horne (2-8) and Hudson Pickering (2-15) led the Red bowling attack to the win.

U14 Blue
The U14 Blue side hosted City Colts at Benalla Gardens Oval for day one of their two-day clash, winning the toss and electing to bowl.
It was an evenly fought contest between the two sides, with City Colts batters making some scores, while Benalla bowlers, led by Henry Briggs’ 2-17, took wickets consistently.
Tom Osborne (1-5), Xavier De Fazio (1-20), Tyson Williams (1-18) and Lachlan Osborne (1-6) rounded out the wicket takers, as they helped restrict City Colts to 6-156 from their 40 overs, giving the batters a chance at victory next week.
U14 Red
U14 Red took on Wangaratta Magpies Black at Benalla Showgrounds on Saturday, winning the toss and electing to bat on day one of their two-day clash.
Vice-captain Jack Hart starred with an unbeaten 50 at the top of the order, and received good support from Angus Leavold (35) and Oliver Smith (20 not out), as the Bushrangers posted a solid total of 5-182 at stumps, giving them every chance of defending that total next week.
U16
The U16 side travelled to RC McNamara Reserve in Myrtleford to take on Ovens Valley United on day one of their two-day clash on Saturday, winning the toss and electing to bowl.
A stubborn top order gave the Bushrangers some headaches, although Josh Hart (2-21), managed to find a couple of breakthroughs, as did Koby Ross (1-27) and Kai Dervish (1-15).
With the top four out of the way, Ryder Levy was able to steamroll through the lower order, claiming figures of 3-20, while Mitchell Cooney (1-33) and William Keen (1-16) also picked up wickets, as Benalla bowled Ovens Valley out for 195.
Seniors
A Reserve
The A Reserve side hosted Rovers United Bruck Cricket Club in a one-day clash at Benalla Gardens Oval on Saturday, and were sent into bat after losing the toss.
Vishal Sharma batted well against a strong Rovers bowling attack, making 19, while skipper Josh Heylbut made a patient 18; however, the visitors proved too good with the ball, bowling Benalla out for 70.
With ball in hand, Dale Stratton claimed 2-7 in a good showing, with Gurpreet Singh Mann and Mitchell Wheelens also claiming two wickets each; however, the visitors comfortably claimed the win, posting 8-209 from their 40 overs.
