Division 2 defeated fourth-placed Tongala while Division 5 had an emphatic victory against top-of-the-ladder Deniliquin Bowling Club and in so doing, moved into the top four.
Division 3, playing away against Rochester, went down by seven shots, winning on one rink.
Division 2, won on two rinks and went down by a single shot in the third to claim a terrific win by 15 shots overall - 59 to 44.
Ron Marchetti, Jenny Tonta, Chris Frampton and Gaye Goodwin teamed beautifully to take out the best result on the day with an emphatic 21 to 9 result.
Tony Tonta, James Rhook, Darcy Nilsson and Danny Stanmore shrugged off a lethargic first half, trailing 7 to 14 after thirteen ends, but dominated the run home, scoring 15 shots to 4 to record a great victory 22 to 18.
Linda Harris, Jim Jennings, Callan Glenn and Peter Wilson led 14 to 11 after fourteen ends but Tongala took the next five ends, and 6 shots, to hold the ascendancy at 17 to 14 with two ends remaining.
The Diggers grabbed singles on the final two ends to go down by a single shot. 17 to 16.

Division 5 had a day out against ladder leaders Deniliquin Bowling Club, winning comfortably on both rinks for a 20 shot victory overall - 47 to 27.
Gary Hulm, Wayne Bradley, Peter Thommers and Graeme Gordon led 21 to 4 after fourteen ends, but the Bowling Club combination fought back to take the next six ends and drag back 8 shots.
However, a final end four gave the Diggers a strong victory overall 25 to 12.
Lindsay Dalzell, Archie Webster, Sandra Hill and Jo Chick were never headed and claimed a great win 22 to 15.
Lead Jo Chick set the tone with a magnificent exhibition of draw bowling.

Division 3, playing at Rochester, had one rink win, a close loss and a heavy defeat on the third rink to go down by seven shots.
Rod Reid, Craig Taylor, Ian Chessells and Brian Wilson jumped to an early lead and were never headed, scoring an eight-shot victory - 24 to 16.
John Wilson, Paul Connor, Jake Glenn and Glenys Chessells led 20 to 17 with four ends to play, but Rochester were steadier in the run home to take five shots for a 22 to 20 victory.
Ken Bowden, Tim Dover, Niels Hilton and John Hulm led 15 to 11 after thirteen ends but were overpowered by their opponents from that point on.
Rochester took 20 shots over the final eight ends for an emphatic victory - 32 to 28.
