Frustration as public transport upgrades lag in Victoria

The Victorian Government has defended the time it’s taking to complete a $1.7 billion upgrade of Victoria’s public transport ticketing system stating the job has to be done right, meaning its completion will depend on the outcome of trials, rather than fixed dates.
