He now sets his sights on defending his Murray Bowls Champion of Champions title in February.
Despite the loss, Parr's performance was commendable, showcasing his skill and determination throughout the match.
This final was a significant milestone for Parr, being his first appearance at this stage of the competition.

In the ladies' singles championship, Janice Graham secured her place in the final with a remarkable come-from-behind victory over newcomer Erica Walkerden.
Graham will face six-time champion Rachel Glanvill in what promises to be an exciting final. A date is yet to be announced.
The Bernard Curtin Open B-grade singles is set to commence on Sunday, February 2, with entries now open for eligible bowlers.
In pennant, the Division 1 Curlews showcased their prowess with a solid 73-61 (14-2) victory over Barooga Sports on a challenging road trip.
Roger Reynoldson's rink, featuring Garry Seamer, Graeme Parr, and Rob Tucker, delivered a standout performance, winning 30-16.
Rick Bradbury maintained his undefeated streak with a 21-18 win, while Paul Glanvill faced a narrow 22-27 defeat.
The Curlews remain at the top of the ladder and will face third-placed Numurkah Golf away this week.
Division 3 faced a tough match against the undefeated Picola at home, narrowly losing 44-56 (0-16).
Despite the loss, the team put up a strong fight, with Hardy Rennick losing 17-18, Alex Dalgliesh 13-18, and Glenys McKay 14-20.
They will take on Jerilderie at home this week.
The Division 5 team had a challenging trip to Nathalia, returning with a 31-45 (0-14) loss.
Rob Beard lost 18-26, and Steve Gann 13-19.
They will play top-of-the-ladder Barooga at home this week.
The midweek Curlews were defeated by a strong Numurkah 2 combination, 51-63 (0-16), away last week.
Glenys McKay lost 18-20, Graeme Clements 16-17, and Steve Gann 17-26.
This loss saw the Curlews fall out of the top four, but they aim to bounce back in a must-win match against Numurkah 3 at home this week.
Upcoming events is the return of barefoot bowls, with the summer season kicking off on Wednesday, February 5 and the final scheduled for March 12.
A singles shootout for all participants will be held on March 19.
Matches start at 6.15 pm, and all are welcome to join in the fun.
Jerilderie
Bowls is back for 2025 with pennant, club championships and barefoot bowling all starting last week.
All men’s championship games in singles and pairs have been hotly contested and have provided great competition.
The pairs champions for 2024/25 are Mick Pitt and Terry McGee who, after playing 45 ends for the day, defeated John Bryce and Al Valerie’s on the final end by three shots.
The singles championship will be played in the next few days between Mick Pitt and John Bryce after the knockout rounds of fantastic bowls last week.
On Saturday, both pennant teams played at home with Division 5 going down to top of the ladder Barooga.
The girls didn’t have so much fun but will be back with gusto enjoying their first season, and are very close to a win.
The boys were holding a good lead, but lost a couple of ends at the finish and just went down gallantly.
Division 3 had an excellent day winning all three rinks, and if they can keep playing well they will be in the finals once again.
Terry Chaplain’s rink won on the final end, John Bryce’s rink had a hard day but drew away to eventually win by six shots, and Mark Baldwin and his team remain undefeated and won 31-7.
Both divisions travel away this Saturday, to Strathmerton and Berrigan.
Both need teams to be at their best on slick surfaces to get a win.
There were full rinks for barefoot bowls once again last Thursday, which was fantastic to see.
New bowlers are welcome to have a try at bowls every Thursday evening at 6pm. Cost is $5 per head, with new bowls available for use.
