Four drug laboratories werer dismantled and 44 people arrested on 241 charges after the operation was launched in December 2022.
Police said overall 43 search warrants had been executed throughout the Brisbane, Logan and Ipswich regions, seizing $129 million worth of drugs.
The haul included 119kg of methylamphetamines, 7.4kg of cocaine, 231kg of cannabis and 600 grams of MDMA.
Commercial level drug manufacturing equipment was seized along with five vehicles and $1.35 million in cash.
Among the 44 people arrested, 27 were charged with trafficking in dangerous drugs.
The final 18 search warrants were executed last week in Brisbane and Logan, resulting in 12 people being arrested on 61 charges.
More than $1 million worth of drugs and property was also seized.
Police said more arrests were likely.
"Illicit drugs have no place in our community and Queensland Police will continue to do all we can to target these criminal syndicates and keep the community safe," Detective Inspector Brad Phelps said.
