On Wednesday, November 27, Shepparton non-profit organisation are-able organised and held the SLES (School Leaver Employment Supports) market, which came alive with participants displaying their colourful handmade crafts.

The stalls featured a variety of creations, each telling its own story of effort and creativity.
News reporter Khadija Hadjab spoke with participants to learn about the time and effort they had dedicated to their craft.

I have been drawing for years. I like using Procreate on my iPad to draw. My mum did all the framing.

My hobby is mostly being an artist but I also make merch that I would enjoy and reflect on people’s personalities. I started making pins recently but started drawing at six or seven. I am self-taught.

I started baking two years ago. I make biscuits for Halloween, Christmas and Easter.
It took me three days to make this batch (bake and decorate).
