Shepparton music lovers are in for a treat, with pianist Jayson Gillham performing in town on October 3.
Gillham is internationally praised for his performances.
While receiving numerous prizes from leading piano competitions throughout the world, including the Leeds and Van Cliburn events, it was his win at the 2014 Montreal International Music Competition that brought him to international attention.
He will be in Shepparton as one of three adjudicators in the Australian National Piano Award the following week, and is performing in the lead-up to the competition.
Gillham is a former winner of the award, having taken home first prize in 2008.
Gillham will perform at Riverlinks Eastbank on Thursday, October 3 at 7.30pm.
