There’s a new Container Deposit Scheme location in Shepparton, this time at a familiar store.
Bunnings Shepparton will be the latest home of the CDS Vic Reverse Vending Machine refund point for all the builders, gardeners and Bunnings snag lovers to cash in their eligible drink containers for cash vouchers for Woolworths, via an electronic funds transfer or as a donation to charity.
The new location will be the sixth spot in Shepparton where you can participate in the scheme.
“We continue to expand our network of refund points in the Shepparton area to make recycling easy and rewarding for all,” Visy general manager, Container Deposit Scheme Tim O’Donnell said.
Since CDS Vic commenced in November 2023, Victorians have returned over 830 million containers across the state.
