Cobram Anglican Grammar School recently completed its athletics program over two days at Barooga Recreation Reserve.
The first carnival, featuring the school’s Prep to Year 4 students, took place on August 14, and the second carnival, on August 20, saw students from years 5 to 12 compete for house glory and representative honours.
Students competed in a range of races on the track in addition to field events such as long jump, high jump, triple jump, discus and shot put.
Parkes reigned supreme to collect the coveted house shield in a closely fought battle with Cowell house.
Congratulations to our age champions, place-getters and every student who participated in the two carnivals. And a massive thank you to our parents and carers who came along to cheer on our students in their athletic endeavours!
