After working in the Northern Territory for four years, the former Kialla resident has announced her return to the Goulburn Valley to expand her dedicated behaviour support business, Wildfire Wellbeing Services.
Set to launch in November 2024, Wildfire is a registered NDIS provider specialising in behaviour support and comprehensive sexual health and safety education.
Ms Bruinier is not only the owner and a behaviour practitioner, but having grown up in the region, she understands that NDIS support services in the GV are essential yet previously unavailable.
“Families and carers may have funding available to them but are unsure how it will benefit them,” she said.
“It is like owning a key to a treasure chest but not knowing how to unlock it.”
Wildfire offers tailored behaviour support services to help families caring for individuals with disabilities, focusing on delivering compassionate care, professional expertise and accessible support to meet each client’s unique needs.
These services are designed to enhance the quality of life for clients and provide much-needed assistance in managing challenging behaviours.
Wildfire’s expansion into the Goulburn Valley will improve accessibility for individuals to receive necessary education and support while also promoting community awareness, safety and inclusivity.
“(Wildfire) is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families,” Ms Bruinier said.
“We are excited to bring our specialised services to this community and look forward to contributing to its wellbeing.”
Wildfire currently has available capacity with immediate start dates.
