Out in The News next Friday, April 12, Toolamba Primary School: Celebrating 150 Years of Education will take you through all the significant moments over the school’s long history.

During the past 150 years, generations of students have walked through the school grounds.

These students have seen the school in many stages, from its original site on Murchison-Mooroopna Rd to its current heart-of-town location, including the 2010 fire that deeply impacted the community.

We gather memories and insights from former and current students, from those who started in the 1940s up to the 2024 foundation students.

They share their favourite moments and memories from their years at Toolamba Primary School, from sleepovers and school concerts to arts, PE, and watching the moon landing on television.

We unveil the past through countless memories and moments from students, teachers and community members as we reflect on Toolamba Primary School’s rich history.
