An exclusive Q&A and screening of the award-winning documentary How to Thrive: a practical guide to happiness is set to take place at Village Cinemas this week.
On Wednesday, April 26 at 6.30pm, the screening will be held with all proceeds going to The Bridge youth service in Shepparton.
The event is aimed at promoting open conversations about mental health, and all proceeds will go towards The Bridge Youth Service Shepparton.
Originally scheduled for last year, the event was cancelled due to floods which affected the area.
The documentary features positive psychotherapist Marie McLeod, who takes seven people on a transformative journey to learn the secret formula to happiness.
After the screening, Marie McLeod, producer Andrew Kelly and director Duy Huynh will host a Q&A session.
The event promises to be an informative and inspirational evening that will benefit the Shepparton community and the Bridge Youth Service Shepparton.
Tickets for the event are available for purchase at $25 for adults and $15 for concessions, and booking can be made at https://villagecinemas.com.au/movies/how-to-thrive--special-qanda-charity-screening?cinemaId=025
