Echuca Moama District Probus Club conducted its annual general meeting on Monday, March 27 at Rich River Golf Club.
There were just a couple of differences from the normal run of things.
The members did not have a changeover lunch in the Tatalia Room this year; instead, they all went for a meal in the bistro on set tables.
The other difference was that the nominated new president was not able to accept her nomination this year due to family issues.
Probus South Pacific rules state that nobody is able to stand for two years running as president, except under extenuating circumstances.
As this was deemed extenuating, president Ray Carr was elected for a further year.
The rest of the committee members were voted in unopposed.
Instead of a speaker, the club produced a photographic roll through of all the events and happenings from this time last year.
The new committee members were welcomed in and the consensus is that they will continue to do a great job for the coming year.
