Coach Ella Arnold said the positivity of the group had stood out in the opening five rounds.
“Although it was a top side playing a lower-position side, you have to go in and play them like you haven’t played them before,” Arnold said.
“We have started the season really strongly and are settling into our combinations.”
Although Arnold admitted it was a team effort, she did praise the work of Keshia Marshall, who she said was the fittest member of the team, and Amy Perry.
Rennie caused an upset by defeating Tocumwal 39-33.
The win was Rennie's first of the season.
Coach Karen Vodusek was stoked with the victory and hoped the winning feeling continued into next week's clash with Tungamah.
“It was a great team effort,” Vodusek said.
“Our juniors stood up and played really well.
“Right from the word go we had them on the ropes, so it was great.”
Vodusek praised the work of Nat Harris, Brooke McDougall, Hannah Shoppee, Ella Rhodes and Brooke Knight for their performances in the win.
Deniliquin's fourth win of the season also kept them undefeated.
Coming off last week's bye, the Rovers defeated Blighty 53-16.
