The Cats peppered the Heathcote backline all day, boasting 13 individual goal-kickers while the Saints failed to register a major for the match.
LBU posted a five-goal to none first quarter, adding a further seven goals against the visitors five behinds in the second term to hold a 72-point lead at half-time.
No challenge would be forthcoming from the Saints in the second half - they added two further behinds while the Cats slammed home 13 second-half goals.
Thomas Leech led the way with four goals, while Jarod Bacon, Pat Gardiner, James McPhee and Lachlan Collins booted three each.
Birthday boy Joseph Wolfe claimed best on ground honours, supported well by "workhorse" Gardiner and Ben McPhee.
Mitch McLean, Jordan Cavallaro and Bradley Morgan led the way for the Saints.
“(Wolfe) is just playing with a lot of confidence now amid the structure we're utilising,” Cats coach Brodie Collins said.
“Patty Gardiner was just a work-horse at centre-half forward. Ben McPhee is also starting to find a bit of form after probably a bit of a quieter year by his standards.
“It was really pleasing to see those three stand up.”
Despite the 25-goal demolition, Collins says the skills could have been a bit better.
“It was a good win but it was a little disappointing with our skills,” he said.
“We tried to play a little too fast rather than just clean up our skills.”
“But we'll take the win and move on next week to Colbo.”
Cats travel to Colbinabbin in the last home-and-away round before finals, but with the Grasshoppers suffering player losses as a result of the Melbourne COVID-19 lockdown, it remains to be seen what contest awaits for the top of the table.
